First, retort bags

AL: Best barrier and high temperature resistance.

CPP: It is a high temperature cooking grade, good heat sealability, non-toxic and tasteless.

PVDC: barrier material.

GL-PET: Ceramic vapor-deposited film with good barrier properties and microwave penetration.For the specific product to choose the appropriate structure, the transparent belt is mostly used for cooking, AL foil bag can be used for ultra-high temperature cooking.

Third, liquid detergent stand-up pouch

High strength, impact resistance, burst resistance, good barrier property, good rigidity, standing up, stress cracking and good sealing.

Stereo: BOPA/LLDPE; bottom: BOPA/LLDPE.

Stereo: BOPA / strengthen BOPP / LLDPE; bottom: BOPA / LLDPE.

Stereo: PET/BOPA/reinforced BOPP/LLDPE; bottom: BOPA/LLDPE.

3. Design reasons

The above structure has good barrier property and large material rigidity, and is suitable for a three-dimensional packaging bag, and the bottom is flexible and suitable for processing. The inner layer is modified PE and has good anti-sealing pollution. Strengthening BOPP increases the mechanical strength of the material and enhances the barrier properties of the material. PET improves the water resistance and mechanical strength of the material.
